In the breathtaking mountains of the Abruzzo-Molise regions is a ready to move in rustic home of approximately 2,841 square feet (264 square meters) The dimensions of the house are 26 feet X 37 feet (8 meters X 11 meters).

Re-built after the war, inhabited and maintained ever since until 2007. The property is in good move-in condition. A new roof has recently been installed. It has a total of 13 rooms including 2 bathrooms with shower and eat-in kitchen with fireplace. On the ground or street level floor is a large cellar which contains a wood-burning bread oven which could be transformed into a large fireplace. There are two ample storage rooms with the possibility of making one or both into a garage or even living areas.
